1. GET READY: If you are not already a real estate investor and or an experienced investor, our system works well for either.

2. WHICH DEAL? We have starter deals, from prices as low as lots of land for $2500, up to deals worth millions.

3. CHOOSE A DEAL: You can view our recent offerings here, or you can join our mailing list for more up to the date information.

4. COMMIT TO A DEAL: Once you’ve found a deal that suits your needs, you’ll need to sign a purchase and sales agreement. We’ll coach you through the whole process, so no worries.

5. BUY A DEAL: After you’ve purchased your deal, we’ll be looking forward to repeating the process all over again.
